Cancellation policy

If you are a consumer, you have the right to revoke the contract concluded with us within fourteen days without giving any reasons. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation
If you revoke this contract, we shall promptly and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal of this contract, refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for examining their condition, properties, and functionality.

General Information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

2) Please do not send the goods back to us without postage paid.

3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
